Jika anda penggemar kangkung, tidak kira apa jenis kangkung, petis
kangkung, kangkung cos, dll yang berkaitan dengan kangkung, mungkin cerita
ini dapat menjadi pertimbangan bagi anda when you want to eat kangkung

Saya mendapat cerita ini dari seorang teman.

Pada suatu hari di klinik yang terkenal, semua doktor kebingungan kerana
ada seorang anak kecil yang menderita sakit perut. Anak itu dibawa ke
klinik oleh orang tuanya setelah 2 hari menderita diarhea. Sudah bermacam
ubat sakit perut yang diberikan kepada anak itu, namun diarheanya tidak
sembuh.

Di klinik, kedua orang tua anak tersebut ditanya oleh doktor, makanan apa
yang dimakan oleh anak tersebut selama 2 hari ini.

Orang tua anak itu kebingungan, kerana sejak anaknya diarrhea, anak
tersebut tak lalu nak mahu makan, dia hanya minum susu, itu pun akan muntah
semula.

Setelah dikaji, ternyata sebelum menderita diarhea, malam tersebut anak itu
makan kangkung cos di restoran oleh orang tuanya. Doktor segera melakukan
xray, ternyata dalami usus anak tersebut telah berkembang biak lintah
dengan anaknya yang kecil-kecil.

Doktor surrender dan menyatakan tidak sanggup mengambil tindakan medical
apapun.

Akhirnya anak kecil malang itupun meninggal dunia. setelah dikaji, ternyata
lintah itu sebelumnya berada di dalam batang kangkung yang besar. Memang,
untuk penggemar kangkung cos yang paling enak adalah batangnya. Lintah yang
berada di dalam batang kangkung itu tidak akan mati walau dimasak selama
manapun, apa lagi untuk kangkung cos proses memasak tidak terlalu lama
untuk menghasilkan rasa kangkung yang sedap. Lintah hanya akan mati jika
dibakar.

Di dalam usus anak tadi, lintah yang hanya dalam 1 ke 2 hari berkembang
biak dengan cepatnya kerana menghuni didalam tubuh dan terus menghisap
darah yang ada, doktor juga menjadi bingung, bagaimana
mematikan/membersihkan lintah yang telah sangat banyak tersebut dari dalam
usus anak malang itu.

Jujur, sejak mendengar cerita itu, kesukaan saya terhadap kangkung menjadi
berkurang, boleh dibilang sudah 1 bulan ini saya sama sekali tidak makan
kangkung dalam bentuk apa pun, bukan kerana menjadi paranoid, tapi bagi
Saya lebih baik menjaga segala kemungkinan yang ada, masih banyak sayur
lain yang dapat kita makan dengan meminimumkan segala kemungkinan "lintah"
yang terselip di dalamnya. Semoga cerita ini dapat menjadi pertimbangan
untuk kita semua sebelum masak/makan kangkung.

The Danger Of Eating Chicken Wings

¡° Chicken Wings - Its Dangerous!

Avoid eating chicken wings frequently - ladies, especially; a true

story...!

A friend of mine recently had a growth in her womb and she underwent an

operation to remove the cyst. The cyst removed was filled with a dark

colored blood. She thought that she would be recovered after the surgery

but! she was terribly wrong.

A relapse occurred just a few months later. Distressed, she rushed down to

her gynecologist for a consultation.

During her consultation, her doctor asked her a question that puzzled her.

He ask if she was a frequent consumer of chicken wings and she

replied yes wondering as to how, he knew of her eating habits.

You see, the truth is in this modern day and age; chickens are injected

with steroids to accelerate their growth so that the needs of this

society can be met. This need is none other than the need for food.

Chickens that are injected with steroids are usually given the shot at the

neck or the wings. Therefore, it is in these places that the highest

concentration of steroids exists. These steroids have terrifying effects on

the body as it accelerates growth. It has an even more dangerous

effect in the presence of female hormones, this leads to women being more

prone to the growth of a cyst in the womb. Therefore, I advise the

people out there to watch their diets and to lower their frequency of

consuming chicken wings!

If you think someone is trying to get into your house, or if you hear a noise outside your house, just press the alarm button on the remote controller of your car.....

battery runs down or until you reset it.

If your car alarm is activated when someone is trying to break in your

Laboratory studies suggest that perhaps coffee’s healthful compounds can counterbalance the blood-pressure raising effects of caffeine.

In the Iowa Women’s Health Study noted above, four to five cups of coffee a day were linked with a 19 percent lower risk of heart-related death. Other studies have found no effect of coffee consumption on heart disease risk. But people should follow their doctor’s advice.

Coffee does warrant some cautions, however. Both regular and decaf coffee relax the muscle that keeps stomach acids from rising into the throat, so those with heartburn or reflux disease (GERD) are encouraged to avoid or strictly limit coffee. People with trouble sleeping should limit or avoid caffeinated coffee.

Studies now suggest it is unnecessary for pregnant women to completely avoid caffeinated coffee. Until the impact of caffeine is more clearly understood, however, many experts suggest that pregnant women limit their daily caffeine from coffee, soft drinks and other sources to about 300 mg, the equivalent of three cups of regular coffee.

It’s exciting that something as simple as drinking coffee might help lower our risk of cancer, diabetes and heart disease. However, while brewed coffee (not instant) is a concentrated source of antioxidants, it can’t be a substitute for berries, legumes, nuts, and other fruits and vegetables that provide antioxidants along with a wide range of vitamins, protective compounds and dietary fiber.

One night there was a woman at the airport who had to wait for several hours before catching her next flight. While she waited she bought a book and a pack of biscuits to spend the time. She looked for a place to sit and waited.

She was deep into her book, when suddenly she realised that there was a young man sitting next to her who was stretching his hand, with no concern whatsoever, and grabbing the pack of cookies lying between them. He started to eat them one by one.

Not wanting to make a fuss about it she decided to ignore him. The woman, slightly bothered, ate the cookies and watched the clock, while the young and shameless thief of biscuits was also finishing them. The woman started to get really angry at this point and thought 'If I wasn't such a good and educated person, would have given this daring man a black eye by now.

'Every time she ate a biscuit, he had one too. The dialogue between their eyes continued and when only one biscuit was left, she wondered what was he going to do. Softly and with a nervous smile, the young man grabbed the last biscuit and broke it in two. He offered one half to the woman while he ate the other half.

Briskly she took the biscuit and thought, 'What an insolent man! How uneducated! He didn't even thank me!' She had never met anybody so fresh and sighed relieved to hear her flight announced. She grabbed her bags and went towards the boarding gate refusing to look back to where that insolent thief was seated.

After boarding the plane and nicely seated, she looked for her book which was nearly finished by now. While looking into her bag she was totally surprised to find her pack of biscuits nearly intact. 'If my biscuits are here', she thought feeling terribly, 'those others were his and he tried to share them with me.' Too late to apologise to the young man, she realised with pain, that it was she who had been insolent, uneducated and a thief, and not him.

How many times in our lives, had we known with certainty that something happened in a certain way, only to discover later that it wasn't true?

How many times has our lack of trust within us made us judge other people unfairly with our conceited ideas, often far away from reality.

Please read on..........
Normally, we cook the instant noodles by putting the noodles into a pot with water, throw in the powder and let it cook for 3 mins.
This is the WRONG method of cooking the instant noodles.By doing this, when we actually boil the ingredients in the powder, normally with MSG, it will change the molecular structures of the MSGcausing it to be toxic.
The other thing that you may or may not realized isthat, the noodles are coated with wax and it will take around 4 to 5 days for the body to excrete the wax after you have taken the noodles.

So the CORRECT method, which you may or may not know, is to cook thenoodles this way â€

“1. boil the noodles in a pot with water.
2. once the noodles is cooked, take out the noodles, and throw away the water which contains wax.
3. boil another pot of water till boiling and put the noodles into the hot boiling water and then shut the fire.
4. only at this stage when the fire is off, and while the water is very hot, put the ingredient with the powder into the water, to make noodle soup.
5. however, if you need dry noodles, take out the noodles n add the ingredient with the powder and toss it to get dry noodles.Hope this piece of information is of importance to your health in relationto eating instant noodles and please apply this cooking method with immediate effect.

One day a teacher asked her students to list the names of the other students in the room on two sheets of paper, leaving a space between each name.Then she told them to think of the nicest thing they could say about each of their classmates and write it down.It took the remainder of the class period to finish their assignment, and as the students left the room, each one handed in the papers.
That Saturday, the teacher wrote down the name of each student on a separate sheet of paper, and listed what everyone else had said about that individual.
On Monday she gave each student his or her list. Before long, the entire class was smiling. "Really?" she heard whispered. "I never knew that I meant anything to anyone!" and, "I didn't know others liked me so much," were most of the comments.
No one ever mentioned those papers in class again. She never knew if they discussed them after class or with their parents, but it didn't matter. The exercise had accomplished its purpose. The students were happy with themselves and one another. That group of students moved on.
Several years later, one of the students was killed in Viet Nam and his teacher attended the funeral of that special student. She had never seen a serviceman in a military coffin before. He looked so handsome, so mature.
The church was packed with his friends. One by one those who loved him took a last walk by the coffin. The teacher was the last one to bless the coffin.
As she stood there, one of the soldiers who acted as pallbearer came up to her. "Were you Mark's math teacher?" he asked. She nodded: "yes." Then he said: "Mark talked about you a lot."
After the funeral, most of Mark's former classmates went together to a luncheon. Mark's mother and father were there, obviously waiting to speak with his teacher.
"We want to show you something," his father said, taking a wallet out of his pocket "They found this on Mark when he was killed. We thought you might recognize it."
Opening the billfold, he carefully removed two worn pieces of notebook paper that had obviously been taped, folded and refolded many times. The teacher knew without looking that the papers were the ones on which she had listed all the good things each of Mark's classmates had said about him.
"Thank you so much for doing that," Mark's mother said. "As you can see, Mark treasured it."
All of Mark's former classmates started to gather around. Charlie smiled rather sheepishly and said, "I still have my list. It's in the top drawer of my desk at home."
Chuck's wife said, "Chuck asked me to put his in our wedding album."
"I have mine too," Marilyn said. "It's in my diary">
Then Vicki, another classmate, reached into her pocketbook, took out her wallet and showed her worn and frazzled list to the group. "I carry this with me at all times," Vicki said and without batting an eyelash, she continued: "I think we all saved our lists"
That's when the teacher finally sat down and cried. She cried for Mark and for all his friends who would never see him again.
The density of people in society is so thick that we forget that life will end one day. And we don't know when that one day will be. So please, tell the people you love and care for, that they are special and important. Tell them, before it is too late.
